OMNES was founded in London in 2021 to address the gap in access to better wardrobe choices and create a brand that would speak to this unmet need.

The Role

We’re looking for a commercially-minded Senior Merchandiser to lead our merchandising function across both our direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. This is a pivotal role, overseeing planning, trading, and stock management to maximise sales, profitability, and margin. You’ll work closely with Buying, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams to inform product strategy, drive trading performance, and support decision-making with strong data insight.

Key Responsibilities

·       Own and manage the WSSI, OTB, and in-season planning across all categories

·       Partner with Buying to build balanced, commercial ranges aligned with brand and revenue goals

·       Manage weekly, monthly, and seasonal trade analysis; flag risks and opportunities

·       Lead markdown and promotional strategy in collaboration with Ecommerce

·       Monitor sell-throughs and margin performance across channels, proposing timely actions

·       Support forecasting and planning for new product launches and marketing initiatives

·       Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate sales, stock, and margin projections

·       Lead seasonal hindsight reporting to inform future buys and category development

·       Manage junior merchandising support, fostering growth and best practice

What We’re Looking For

·       6+ years of experience in merchandising, ideally with at least 1 year at Senior level

·       Strong understanding of fashion retail across DTC and wholesale

·       Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability – able to turn data into action

·       Commercially sharp with a clear grasp of customer behaviour and sales levers

·       Confident communicator, collaborative team player, able to influence cross-functionally

·       Passionate about product, detail-oriented, and energised by a fast-paced environment
